The advice we give our own friends and family. Now we give it to you.
We are consultant gynaecologists in Reproductive Medicine, working in leading London teaching hospitals. Gynae & Me is where we offer the same honest, specialist guidance we give our own friends and family: a proper explanation of what is going on, what your options are, and what to ask next.
We do not provide treatment. We help you understand it and choose well.
We trained together, work together in the NHS and have been close friends for years. That is the standard we hold each other to.

Together, our complementary expertise supports people through every stage of reproductive health, from first period to menopause and beyond.

Two different paths into the same work. Here is what shaped each of us, and why we do this.

When it comes to your fertility and reproductive health, you deserve answers, not more questions. I turn complex results and treatment options into clear, honest guidance, so you can stop second-guessing and start making confident choices about your future.
My clinical practice covers fertility assessment and counselling, fertility preservation, infertility and reproductive endocrinology. I have a particular interest in adolescent reproductive health, and run a joint gynaecology and paediatric endocrinology clinic for young people with premature ovarian insufficiency, delayed puberty, Turner syndrome and other complex hormonal conditions.
My work is grounded in research as well as practice: a PhD in reproductive endocrinology from University College London, publications in peer-reviewed journals and specialist textbooks, and ongoing involvement in research and medical education.
Having been through my own fertility journey, I know first-hand how heavily these concerns can weigh. It shapes how I practise: specialist expertise with empathy, honesty and kindness, so you always feel informed, supported and in control.

Neera is a consultant gynaecologist and reproductive surgeon. Her work centres on reproductive surgery, endometriosis and fertility preservation: the situations where a clear explanation of what surgery can and cannot do, and when it is worth considering, matters most.
She trained alongside Liz, works in the NHS alongside her still, and holds herself to the same standard: the advice she would give her own friends and family, given to you.
We built this because too many women cannot ask the question, challenge the plan, or understand the language being used about their own bodies.
Everything we tell you is grounded in current evidence and senior clinical experience. We do not guess. We give you the honest clinical picture.
No quotas, no targets, no hidden referral commissions. Our only interest is in giving you information that is genuinely useful for your situation.
